Democracy is not everything. A plea for non-democratic enclaves

During the ECPYN Regional Conference in Tbilisi, Georgia, a Ukrainian participant raised an important question. Christian-Democracy is one way, but there have been Christian politicians that functioned in different forms of government, so why Christian-Democracy?
